You will report to the Supervisor, enforce S.O.P.s, manage workloads, and optimize resources. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience
• Strong leadership and team guidance
• Safety-first culture and SOP compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software
