Job summary

Located in Bloomington, MN, this Swiss Machinist role is a direct hire opportunity. You will set up, adjust, and operate multi-axis CNC Swiss machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components. You will read, edit, and verify CNC programs, while ensuring quality and productivity with live tooling.

Two shifts available, with pay between $38.00 and $40.00 per hour. 5+ years of CNC Swiss experience and GD&T expertise are required to contribute to process improvements and mentoring fellow

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC Swiss machining experience.
• Able to read and edit CNC programs with G/M codes.
• Experience with GD&T and precision aerospace components.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate multi-axis CNC Swiss machines.
• Manufacture tight-tolerance aerospace components.
• Read blueprints and GD&T requirements; adjust feeds and speeds.
• Troubleshoot issues and support process improvements.
• Train other machinists and perform routine maintenance.
