Qualifications

• AS9100 experience is preferred or required.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation skills.
• Experience with FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports).
• Hands-on experience with corrective actions and RCA investigations.
• Exposure to SPC and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings using GD&T and ensure part conformance.
• Support AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality system requirements.
• Lead and support FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports).
• Conduct and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide technical quality support to internal teams and external customers.
• Utilize SPC and other quality tools to improve processes.
• Collaborate with machining, engineering, and inspection teams to resolve issues.
• Support customer audits and internal audit readiness.
