Qualifications

• 2 years CNC turning programming experience.
• M and G code knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for aerospace rings.
• Improve cycle times while preserving dimensional integrity.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and revise programs to reduce scrap.
• Collaborate with Quality to implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to machinists and setup techs.
• Maintain program documentation, revision control, and backups.
• Support lean manufacturing and safety compliance.
