Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CNC programming experience in Mastercam.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, models, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of NC programming, fixture design, manufacturing and planning processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient with MS Office and CAM software (Solidworks, Mastercam).
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assess, modify, and repair machined parts and fixtures from blueprints and drawings.
• Program and operate CNC equipment including milling machines, lathes, grinders, and EDM.
• Interface with engineers and mechanics to provide design inputs.
• Monitor machining outcomes and ensure quality throughout production runs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
