Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of aerospace CNC programming experience.
• Deep knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CAM tools (Mastercam, Gibbs CAM).
• Ability to interpret complex drawings with GD&T symbols.

Responsibilities

• Develop NC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and mill-turn machines.
• Analyze 3D CAD models to optimize machining sequences and fixtures.
• Design fixtures in CAD and verify toolpaths with machine simulations.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and mentor operators.
