Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC in Winsted, CT, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Process Engineer to join our growing aerospace machining team. You will develop manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, fixturing, and support CNC operations with a focus on quality and lean improvement.

This role offers a $90K+ base, a performance bonus, substantial benefits and 401K, tuition reimbursement, and clear career paths toward Senior Engineer or Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience.
• CNC machining and precision manufacturing experience.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with process development and troubleshooting.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, and fixturing.
• Support CNC machining operations and production teams.
• Troubleshoot machining, quality, and process issues.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
