Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for the weekend night shift (Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM) in Erie, PA. The role involves loading parts, operating CNC equipment, performing minor program edits, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

The position offers a 40-hour week with a 4-hour bonus and a 35% shift differential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of CNC machines and tooling, and strong attention to detail for a deadline-driven manufacturing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; CNC education preferred.
Working knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processes.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Load parts and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM).
Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations.
Perform minor edits of CNC programs and replace tooling as needed.
Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, and comparators.
Maintain quality standards per the Quality Management System.
Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and staff.
Other duties as directed by supervisor.
Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
