Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. seeks an executive to provide overall leadership and accountability for business performance, operations, strategic execution, and tactical planning.

You will oversee 8–10 direct reports, including HR, Engineering, Production managers, and three Production Supervisors, while maintaining full P&L responsibility for the operation. A core focus is developing leaders through clear expectations, coaching, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or defense with precision machining is highly preferable.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership across business, people, operations, financials, and customers.
• Proven ability to lead leaders, manage manufacturing priorities, and drive accountability across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s business performance, operations, strategic execution, and tactical planning.
• Oversee 8–10 direct reports including HR Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and 3 Production Supervisors.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for the operation.
• Develop leaders through coaching, feedback, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives within a CNC manufacturing facility.
