Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC machine tools for progressive machining.
• Read blueprints and measurements with accuracy.

• ITAR compliance and U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment on 2nd (3pm-11:30 pm) or 3rd (11pm-7:30 am) shifts.
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills and lathes to perform machining operations.
• Prepare holding fixtures, tools, and materials for machining.
• Monitor and adjust machining processes for optimal performance and tolerances.
• Inspect parts and tools to ensure finish specifications and wear are within limits.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Suggest improvements to methods, equipment, and quality.
