Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a machining role.
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints, specifications and shop aid sketches.
• Knowledge of tooling, setup, program validation, and machine recovery.
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to production challenges.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications and internal standards.
• Use hand tools and lifting equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete jobs according to production schedules and deadlines.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system requirements.
• Edit and optimize CNC programs at the machine to improve cycle time and tool life.
• Other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
