Job summary

Randstad USA in Middletown, CT is seeking a skilled Aerospace CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. The role requires operating CNC milling/lathe equipment, inspecting parts to aerospace standards, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

Salary is $62,400 to $63,400 per year with a first shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Education required is High School. Benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, milling, or lathe equipment following technical drawings and setup sheets.
• Translate customer engineering drawings and specifications into manufacturing steps.
• Inspect first-piece output, tools, and parts using precision measuring instruments to meet aerospace standards.
• Edit programs, adjust tooling, and resolve machine or process issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production planning teams.

Responsibilities
