Job summary

TekPro, partnered with a leading aerospace machine shop, is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. You will set up and operate CNC mills or lathes in a production aerospace environment and read blueprints with GD&T.

Ideal candidates have experience with aerospace materials, strong tooling knowledge, and the ability to maintain quality and throughput while performing in-process inspections and minor program edits as needed.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience in milling and/or turning, preferably in aerospace environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T to tight tolerances.
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality while meeting throughput targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes in a production aerospace environment.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to tight tolerances.
• Hold tight tolerances and perform in-process inspections.
• Make tool offsets and minor program edits as needed.
• Maintain quality and throughput standards.
