Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment.
• Ability to read English and interpret operation sheets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; collaborative work.
• Proficiency in mathematics and calculator use.
• Experience making offsets at the machine.
• Ability to read CNC programs and understand machining tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3,4, and 5-axis CNC milling and turning machines.
• Run multiple machines simultaneously within manufacturing cells or centers.
• Machine hard metals like Inconel, titanium, and stainless steel.
• Load parts and fixtures using hoists and position workpieces safely.
• Make program-required offsets and adjustments using Fanuc controls.
• Read and interpret CNC programs at the machine.
• Set up tools using tool sheets and ensure proper configuration.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure conformance.
