Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years machinist or relevant/technical work experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality.
• Basic computer skills (Word).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or honing equipment to produce parts per specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Prioritize components to meet on-time delivery requirements.
• Perform quality checks on parts using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and honing equipment as needed.
• Document maintenance records of repair work orders.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure parts meet aerospace standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
