Job summary

Griffon Aerospace in Madison, Alabama is seeking a Multi-Axis Machine Operator & Programmer to support precision fabrication of aerospace and defense components. This full-time position requires experience with multi-axis CNC machining and proficiency in CAD software.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating and programming multi-axis CNC machining centers (3-axis minimum; 4/5-axis preferred).
• Ability to optimize CNC programs from engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in setup, tooling selection, and fixturing.

Responsibilities

• Support precision fabrication of aerospace and defense components.
• Operate and program multi-axis CNC machining centers.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
