Job summary

CSI Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Oklahoma for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00 pm – 3:30 am; OT on Fridays). You will read blueprints, set up and operate CNC machines to finish parts with tight tolerances and perform in-process inspections using calipers and gauges.

You will troubleshoot machine issues, maintain a clean work area, and document movements and data as part of the quality system.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics and detailed drawings.
• Sets up and operates CNC machines to close tolerances.
• Performs in-process and final quality checks with calipers and gauges.
• Troubleshoots parts and machine problems and collaborates with programmers.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed drawings.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet internal production requirements.
• Troubleshoot parts and machine problems.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to close tolerances.
• Use calipers or other measuring instruments for quality checks.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and tooling.
• Document and complete paperwork for part movement and records.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations in manufacturing.
