Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Machinist for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 pm - 1:30 am). You will operate CNC and conventional machines to fabricate parts, load cycles, inspect finished work, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

You’ll collaborate with co-workers to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years CNC experience, and ability to obtain ITAR/EAR clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• 2 years’ experience with CNC machining.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• ITAR/EAR clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload parts on CNC machines to maximize spindle utilization.
• Inspect and monitor parts as they are produced.
• Deburr and blend machined parts.
• Perform daily machine maintenance: fluids, chips, cleanliness.
• Support safety and quality policies and procedures.
