Eaton's Euclid, OH facility is seeking a CNC Machining-2nd Shift operator in a certified housing cell turning environment. You will operate, set up and monitor horizontal and vertical CNC machines, perform first article and in-process checks, and document results per ANSI Y14-5 and internal controls.

The role requires GD&T experience, 3+ years of setup/operation of precision CNC machines, and the ability to read blueprints and process sheets.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years setup and operation of precision CNC machines.
• GD&T experience and ability to read blueprints and process sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up, and monitor horizontal and vertical CNC turning machines and 4-axis VMC.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and document results per ANSI Y14-5 and internal controls.
• Read process sheets and blueprints to determine setup, sequence, and dimensions.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and gages; support ongoing calibration and measurement activities.
• Support others as needed and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
