Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing/ aerospace or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and GD&T basics.
• Proficient with inspection software and electronic documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CMMs for in-process, first article, first piece, and final inspections.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined components.
• Utilize CMMs and vision systems, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and gauges.
• Complete FAIRs and other AS9102 documentation as required.
• Maintain quality records and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify nonconformances and support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on inspection strategies.
