Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso.
• Apply GD&T requirements to complex rotorcraft components.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and models.
• Use Catia and 3DX to interpret 3D data for CMM programming.
• Maintain and update programs with design changes and improvements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CMM programming.
• Prepare documentation and reports using MS Office.
• Present results to management and cross-functional teams.
