Job summary
Love Aerospace is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Operator in Menomonee Falls, WI to join our precision manufacturing team. You will program and operate Zeiss CMMs, Calypso software, and related inspection equipment to verify parts according to GD&T specifications and travelers.
The role requires experience with AS9102 first article inspections and a background in aerospace or medical industries. Team collaboration and continuous improvement mindset are essential.
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Zeiss CMM operation and Calypso programming.
- Experience with AS9102 first article inspection forms.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or medical industries.
- Prior CNC/machining exposure in a job shop.
Responsibilities
- Program the Zeiss CMM using Calypso to meet first piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Operate Zeiss CMM, Faro arm, vision system and other inspection equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime.
- Inspect first piece, in-process and finished parts per specs.
- Review blueprints and GD&T to determine inspection requirements.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and CMM programs.
