Job summary
Belcan Corporation is seeking a CMM Programmer in Indianapolis to develop and execute CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso, ensuring measurement accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience, ideally in aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency with Zeiss Calypso software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Experience supporting inspection activities in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and execute CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso
- Support inspection of components including first article and in-process checks
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and specifications to ensure accurate measurement
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting CMM programs and equipment
- Support data collection and reporting for quality and process improvements
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to address measurement issues
- Follow established processes for program storage, reporting, and documentation
