Job summary

CPP Industries is looking for an experienced Zeiss CMM Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team in Sacramento, CA. This role involves developing CMM measurement programs using Zeiss Calypso software and setting up Zeiss Contura CMM equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of CMM programming and inspection experience in a precision CNC job shop.
• Expert level proficiency in Zeiss Calypso software - must be able to build programs from scratch independently.
• Hands-on experience with Zeiss Contura machines strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CMM measurement programs for new part orders daily using Zeiss Calypso software.
• Set up and operate Zeiss Contura CMM equipment.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined components.
