Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Lean Six Sigma training.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing processes; 2+ years in Continuous Improvement preferred.
• Experience in Aerospace or related industry desirable.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Lead Kaizen events and create process maps to identify gaps.
• Support 5S deployment and standard work across production lines.
• Develop reports and present CI progress to management.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams globally.
