• Bachelor's degree required.
• First experience in continuous improvement or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on process-improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Lead Balance Scorecard events and related performance initiatives.
• Conduct and lead Industrial Management Process audits.
• Manage site reporting of CI KPIs and lead CI events.
• Drive and expand belt certification within the site.
• Train team members on Safran methodologies and best practices.
