Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) seeks an Entry Level Chemical Clean Process Technician to learn and perform chemical and mechanical cleaning of turbine engine components.

Training includes computer-based and hands-on instruction, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and process logging. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, executing cleaning sequences (chemical, power wash, nitric strip, paint strip, titanium oven bakes), and logging results.

Qualifications

• Some work experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Knowledge of machines, equipment, and workplace safety.
• Ability or experience following directions and reading work instructions.
• Demonstrated ability or experience in communicating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Follow procedures in processing engine components during the chemical clean line process.
• Perform cleaning operations such as chemical cleaning, power wash, nitric strip, paint strip and titanium oven bakes.
• Routinely use overhead cranes and ensure tank times and parameters are met.
• Log all process and results in the department log.
• Communicate problems to supervisors or other departments promptly.
