Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a skilled welder to repair castings to exact customer specifications using GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and PAW techniques. You will read and follow tech cards, inspect welds, and ensure safety while working with heavy castings in a demanding manufacturing setting.

The role requires PCC Welding Certification and two years of welding experience or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. Training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Advanced welding skills demonstrated by PCC Welding Tech Series and Welding Certification in two alloys or titanium at hire.
• Two years of applicable welding experience or equivalent combination of training and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Weld castings to customer and PCC specifications.
• Inspect welds and metal deposits for quality and conformance.
• Maintain welding equipment and safety practices in the plant environment.
