Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking a Calibration Technician at our Orange City, IA facility. You will assist with maintaining calibration procedures and calibrate test equipment to meet quality standards.

You will maintain records in the ERP system and support the deployment of new, engineer-designed equipment requiring calibration. The role requires basic mechanical testing skills, advanced blueprint reading, and the ability to interface with customers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical testing skills required.
• Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Strong mathematical abilities and calculations.
• Proficiency with hands-on inspection tools.
• Ability to interact with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of ERP system applications.
• Support for receiving inspection and material verification.
• Ability to coordinate with production, maintenance and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining calibration procedures aligned with AS9100, ISO 10012 and customer requirements.
• Calibrate or service test and measurement equipment per procedures.
• Maintain calibration records in ERP system.
• Assist in development of new equipment requiring calibration.
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues with measurement and test equipment in the plant.
