Job summary

TE Wire & Cable LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Cable Harness Assembler for aerospace harness assemblies. You will read wiring diagrams, assemble harnesses, and perform HI-POT and continuity tests to ensure compliance with strict specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical cert preferred) and 2 years harness experience. Medical/dental/retirement benefits and a strong quality culture are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in electrical assembly or related field preferred.
• 2 Years Experience with wire harness assembly, and able to read wire harness installation drawings/wiring diagrams/work instructions.
• Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC J-STD-001 desired.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and harnesses according to engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Use manual & powered tools to perform tasks such as stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
• Conduct testing including electrical continuity and HI-POT on harness assemblies to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret engineering documentation including drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect, verify, and document each step of the assembly process to ensure quality.
• Support process improvements by communicating problems or concerns.
