STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an O&R Buyer (SS) to manage requisitions, quotations and purchase orders for MRO, OSP, and materials, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of buying experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred), with strong supplier communication, negotiation and records maintenance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional buying experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Manage requisitions and purchasing process for assigned commodities (MRO, OSP, material, work transfers).
• Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders ensuring flow-down of requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms to achieve best value.
• Track supplier performance metrics and resolve PO issues.
• Maintain accurate records per policy.
• Support work transfers with POs and supplier readiness.
• Communicate order status and risks with stakeholders.
