Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to drive NPIs, manufacturing and supply chain processes for space-grade electronics. You will partner with engineering, program management, and supply chain to industrialize processes for high-rel, high-volume satellite assemblies.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze data with SQL, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, data capture, and front-end requirements for future account management use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with change management and nonconformance documentation.
• Experience with cost analysis, suppliers, and configuration management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary process improvement resource across transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and research to map current processes and gaps.
• Perform analyses (SQL queries) and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Create process documentation and process maps; train users on dashboards, APIs, and tools.
