Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology is seeking a Build Process Manufacturing Engineer to plan and execute jobs from design to delivery in a high‑volume aerospace tooling environment. You will create and release manufacturing plans, BOMs, and work instructions, while coordinating with CAD, design, and operations to ensure cost-effective, on‑time results.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years in tooling/manufacturing for aerospace, with strong CAD tooling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field.
  • Five years of tooling/manufacturing experience in aerospace.
  • CAD software knowledge required.

Responsibilities

  • Order materials per customer specs.
  • Create and/or revise 3D designs and/or 2D drawings per requirements.
  • Measure CAD details and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Operations on manufacturing concerns.
  • Oversee projects, processes, data, and analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in cross-functional Integrated Process Team.
  • Develop manufacturing plan, work instructions and BOMs from designs.
  • Review estimates and assign hours to work centers.
  • Reconcile BOM against open orders.
  • Validate work instructions on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
  • Plan build execution meetings; perform other duties.
