Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an Assembly & Test Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm) in Glendale, AZ. Under supervision, you will perform routine assembly and testing, use hand and power tools, follow test specifications and quality directives, and ensure a safe, FOD-free work area in a production environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years in assembly/test or related work. Strong manual dexterity and ability to read blueprints are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years assembly/test or related experience.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Hand deburr as required.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated per schedule.
• Produce and inspect assemblies per specifications.
• Rework malfunctions disclosed by test data.
• Record test results on data forms.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specs, directives.
• Observe safety rules and maintain a clean FOD-free area.
• May operate an automatic weld machine.
• Perform other related responsibilities.
