Job summary

Radiant Power Corp. in Sarasota, FL is seeking qualified Mechanical Assemblers with prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will join a team focused on delivering high-quality aerospace components.

This full-time role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, and is eligible for quarterly production bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical and dental coverage, vision, life insurance, disability, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience as a mechanical assembler and/or solderer in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified IPC-A-610D Class 3 Criteria and per J-STD-001D solder experience preferred, but not required.
• Aerospace/Defense Industry experience preferred.
• Read/Write Fluently in English.
• Must be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and production drawings and set up assemblies.
• Mount components onto chassis/PWB and solder connections.
• Connect components and perform intermediate assembly tasks.
• Install finished assemblies into cases or cabinets.
• Perform go/no-go testing and in-line inspection.
