Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an On-site Assembler in New Brighton, MN to deburr, clean, and assemble components. You will glue, solder, and epoxy parts together while following documented processes and customer drawings, using a variety of hand tools. Data entry into ERP and documentation are required daily.

The role emphasizes safety, 5S, and teamwork. ITAR compliance and U.S. work authorization are mandatory; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and clean complex components using manufacturing processes and small hand tools.
• Glue, solder and epoxy materials and parts.
• Assemble large and small components per customer drawings and blueprints using hand tools.
• Enter data into ERP system and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following 5S principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
