Qualifications

• Must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic and able to follow written work instructions.
• Technical hands-on capability including wiring, soldering, assembly, and general shop work/maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read and comprehend written and verbal instructions and perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and safe operation.
• Willing to learn and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team with fabrication of composite parts and/or electromechanical assemblies.
• Follow written work instructions to assemble and document each build.
• Escalate any process or quality issues.
• Offer suggestions to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
