Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret production or engineering documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components, clean and inspect parts and subassemblies.
• Operate equipment and machinery in the assembly area.
• Ensure paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
• Follow health and safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Report any issues affecting quality to the lead or supervisor.
• Participate in area cleaning and team improvement meetings.
• Complete training courses as assigned.
• Support CBS initiatives including 5S and standard work.
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and diagrams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
