Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Technician in Northeast Ohio (Hudson, OH 44236) for a temp project through December 31, 2026. The role focuses on assembling aerospace and fluid power components, following detailed instructions, and ensuring defect-free products.

Work hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday. The position requires reading blueprints, strong attention to detail, and at least 3 years in assembly/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required in the US.
• Minimum of 3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble detailed aerospace and fluid power components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, visual aids, and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation activities to aerospace quality standards.
• Use small hand tools and assembly equipment to manufacture products.
• Pull components using pick lists and accurately consume materials in the MRP system.
• Perform final inspections on completed assemblies.
• Mark parts using rubber stamps, computer-controlled equipment, and blueprint-directed methods.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
