Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Worker for a 1-2 month contract in Macedonia, OH. You will join the Build Team to assemble products, measure components, and verify quality while following detailed drawings and work orders.

The role requires reading a ruler, color identification, and strong attention to detail. Expect 10-hour Mon–Fri shifts with a pathway to permanent employment if performance is strong.

• Reliable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work orders, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Verify cables, wires, and parts against bill of materials and specs.
• Read rulers and measure cut lengths accurately.
• Build assemblies per instructions and quality specifications.
• Perform first piece connector assembly testing for electrical continuity.
• Inspect crimps and solders for visual quality.
• Meet build standards and deadlines.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements.
