You will read blueprints, verify tolerances with metrology tools, install fasteners, and apply sealants. This role requires 2+ years in similar work and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with sheet metal, drilling, countersinking, riveting and fasteners.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Familiar with metrology tools and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision components using hand and power tools.
• Install bushings with accuracy and care.
• Perform aircraft and spacecraft assembly operations on various parts.
• Conduct bench top assemblies with or without jigs.
• Trim and remove surface defects to meet quality standards.
• Handle rivets, hi-loks, and other fasteners.
• Apply aircraft sealants with at least 1 year of experience.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Use metrology tools to verify tolerances and quality.
