You will operate basic hand tools, calipers and micrometers, perform basic visual inspections, document production steps, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role offers a path to grow in aerospace manufacturing with on-the-job training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Assembly/manufacturing experience preferred; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and engineering documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
• Teamwork and willingness to participate in training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and drawings.
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic drills, and measuring devices.
• Perform basic visual inspections to identify defects or nonconformities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete production documentation accurately and promptly.
• Report quality or process concerns to management promptly.
