Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks an Assembly Operator for our onsite facility in Coralville, IA. You will perform machine and manual assembly, read procedures, and ensure parts meet drawing specifications while adhering to quality systems. Training on 1st shift will occur for up to four weeks, with eventual 3rd shift scheduling.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are willing to work 2nd shift as needed. Citizenship requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent. In absence, 2 years relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.
• Willing and able to work 2nd shift.
• Training on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine and/or manual assembly.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions with accuracy.
• Readiness to operate on 3rd shift when scheduled.
• Interact with teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
