Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Aerospace Assembly Trainee for a paid 3-day training program. The role is onsite and full-time, with training hours scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at specified times.

Post-training, successful candidates may be offered a contract-to-hire assembler in training. Salary starts at $20.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options; background checks and ITAR considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or related work using hand tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail and software understanding.

Responsibilities

• Using computers to complete online IPC training modules.
• Performing fine soldering of small parts following instructions and drawings.
• Receiving feedback from trainers and adjusting during hands-on training.
• Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery.
• Participate in cleaning of area and equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA and Crane safety policies.
