SEKISUI Aerospace in Renton, WA seeks an assembler to perform finish assembly on aircraft composite products on a moving line or bench, following task travelers and using small hand tools, bonding adhesives, and jigs.

The role requires a semi-skilled worker with two years in manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to stand long shifts; pay ranges shown and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fine hand motor skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow job traveler instructions to assemble parts using small hand tools, bonding adhesives and assembly jigs.
• Hand wraps insulation blankets, using utility knives, foam insulation, and insulation tape.
• Performs light sanding and abrading of composite, plastic, and some metal components.
• May perform some light riveting using rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns.
