Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls in Forest, Ohio, is seeking an Assembler 2 to perform a variety of assembly operations, leak tests, and rework as required. You will work with air-water leak testing and hydrostatic testing, while following aerospace standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read blueprints, process instructions, and measurements.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand blueprints and work process instructions.
• Ability to read measurements and readings and exercise sound judgment.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must comply with FAA safety requirements for a safety-sensitive position.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations and tests (air under water leak testing and hydrostatic testing).
• Maintain data and records accurately and timely.
• Use hand tools and inspect gauges.
• Rework and repair parts per aerospace standards.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Identify internal leaks and assist engineering to improve processes.
