Job summary

WENCOR is seeking an on-site assembler to join the manufacturing team in Provo, UT. The role involves assembling components per blueprints and instructions, handling parts with care, and operating air tools and sheet metal equipment to complete final assemblies.

Candidates should read blueprints and schematics, follow safety rules, and contribute to efficient production. High school diploma or GED required; A&P license and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and visual instructions without deviation.
• Handle parts and components carefully to avoid damage.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Operate air tools such as rivet gun, rivet squeeze, drills and other shop equipment.
• Operate sheet metal fabrication tools.
• Operate shop equipment safely.
• Assist in other areas as required.
