Job summary

RTX is hiring for a first-shift manufacturing assembler in Wilson, NC. You will set up, assemble, and load parts, reading procedures and following work instructions to meet customer deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will use hand and machine tools, identify defects, and participate in continuous improvement and EH&S programs. Overtime and weekend work may be required; onsite work only.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required in the US.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Career Readiness Certification (CRC) preferred.
• U.S. Person or immigration status as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools and troubleshoot setup.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards with no defects.
• Identify part defects and escalate as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and participate in audits.
