SEKISUI Aerospace seeks an Assembler I for the 1st shift at Sumner, WA to perform finish assembly on composite aerospace products. You will follow job travelers, use small hand tools, and work on a moving line to mass-produce parts.

The ideal candidate has fine motor skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new processes. Schedule is 4:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Thursday, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fine hand motor skills required for precise assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality.

• Basic math skills for measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using small hand tools and jigs on a moving line.
• Perform finish assembly on composite components for aerospace products.
• Follow work instructions and inspect work for quality.
• Assist with light sanding, bonding, and riveting as needed.
