Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight is seeking a contract Manufacturing Technician to perform assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, following established practices. The role requires reading engineering drawings and working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be willing to work onsite and are expected to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; a third-party contractor will employ selected individuals for the project duration.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years’ experience reading, understanding, engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading).
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment where compliance is critical.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies.
  • Exhibits a strong commitment to growth, development and professionalism to drive learning for continuous improvement.
  • Work independently to develop, modify, and document actions to assure problem resolution and preventive action.
